Springing into crafts...

   With this weather not knowing if it should be sunny, rainy, or snowy, I have been able to do some crafting.  Just had the March mini crop with some great ladies!  We had lots of fun and lots of great stamp fairy presents.

  I am looking forward to the April Biggby classes.  We are focusing on all things spring!  You will need to join us for a class or two.  Please remember when signing up for class you do need to prepay at that time.  You can register with me or go to Biggby and do it at the store.

New fun is coming...

  Now that it is the start of February, this can only mean one thing...

Love is in the air...

     Love is sometimes a feeling or sometimes  just a word.  But Love will be in the air in February!  I know you will Love the new Spring/Summer Close to My Heart Idea book that will premiere on February 1st.  The two Biggby classes for February are all about the Love.  Card class is on February 6th and scrapbook class is on February 20th.  On February 8 & 9 will be the Open House for the new book.  Please RSVP which date you will be coming by, so I can have your project cut.  The last class you will Love will be on February 22nd, a Card Extravaganza workshop.  Watch your newsletters for details.

Something new...

 Well Christmas is almost here and that time is precious for family and friends. Then the following week is the start of a new year with so many promises of goodness.  There are many great things coming from Close to My Heart in January...a great card kit, fun classes, and super times with friends.

  Our next classes at Biggby are going to be big fun!  Always pack scissors, adhesive, foam tape, and glue dots as part of a basic kit.  Other supplies are usually provided for you.  I do ask that you sign up for class by the due dates and prepay.

Card class will be on January 2nd. at 6:30 and scrapbook class will be on January 16th. at 6:30.

Quick card video

Today I am going to share a quick Christmas card with you.  Sorry for the video quality, I couldn't find my tripod and supplies. For this card I used Sparkle and Shine paper, Ruby and Whisper ink, red shimmer trim, Santa Claus stamp set, and some clear sparkles.  Let me know if you would like to make this card at your gathering, I still have a few dates open.
