Holidays are almost upon us...

        With the Holidays slowly coming upon us, are you ready with your Christmas cards?  Did you know I host a card class and scrapbook class once a month at City Coffeehouse in Allen Park?  We meet on the first Thursday of the month for cards and the third Thursday for scrapbook class.  These classes must be prepaid before attending.  Also the Scrapbook classes need to be prepaid and registered on time.  I order the product from Close to My Heart and need the time for the products to get shipped and then cut for you.  During these classes I use Close to My Heart products.  This is a perfect time for you to try out the products and learn new techniques.  I would love for you to join us in a class.  If you have any questions you can email me.

Back from Convention...

Well, I am back from Convention in Disney World.  Close to My Heart really does know how to put on a great presentation.  There was so much laughter and excitement in the air!!!    So much to tell you but I will have to wait till August for many of the big reveals...

 My roommates and I arrived on Tuesday and went right to Animal Kingdom for the day!!  We had such a blast!!  The actual convention started on Thursday, but I attended Leadership day on Wednesday.  Boy, did I learn a ton about building a team.  On Thursday, the Home Office, put on an amazing show.  The skits were built off of the movie Inside Out.  Monica, Brian, Jill, and Kristine were in Jeanette's imagination.  And of course the at lunch was the big reveal of the new Annual Idea Book!!  Many changes are coming but you will have to wait till August to find out...(hehehe).  Friday was filled with business classes and creative classes, followed up by going to Epcot.  Saturday was more business classes and creative class.  I still need to finish all of the artwork.  Looks like I will be working on it in the coming weeks.

Fun.....in Fundamentals!!!!

Have you ever tried the Fundamentals Paper Collection before?  This paper is amazing...one side has tone on tone embossing patterns and the other side has the color and white as the same pattern.  You can use this awesome paper to make cards and scrap pages.

Spring is in the Air...

The snow is flying again but I am hoping that Spring will be here soon...the Groundhog said it would be early.  With Spring flying around in my head...I was able to create some upcoming classes that are very Spring influenced.  The March 3rd. card class at City Coffeehouse will feature 3 adorable Easter Treat Holders.  Then the March 17th. scrapbook class at City Coffeehouse will feature the Georgie paper collection but with a twist.  I would love for you to join me for a class or two.  You will get some great projects done and ready for your use.

Share the Love...

   It is almost February...

That means a new month, new classes, and a new campaign.  The new campaign that will start on February 1st. is AMAZING!!!!!!!!  The Share the Love campaign will benefit Operation Smiles.  Here is the best part of this campaign...for every stamp set that is sold, $7.00 of the set will go to Operation Smiles.  One surgery costs $240.00.  I would love for all of you to get a set so we can pay for one Smile.

I am asking my team also to sell at least 3 sets so my team will pay for one Smile also.

WOW!!!! 2016 is Here!

Can you believe that 2016 is actually here?  A new year means a new beginning on how you think, act, and look.  Many people create resolutions.  I did last year.  But I don't feel I really stuck to them.  Maybe this year will be my year?  I believe I will write down my resolutions on a piece of paper and post it somewhere, I will see it all of the time.  Do you make resolutions every year?  Do you stick with them?

Another great thing about a new year is that Close to My Heart has a new mini Seasonal Expressions idea book.  It is wonderful!  You can view it on my website or contact me for your own copy.  Thought I would share so artwork for the upcoming classes in February.  I would love for you to join in a class or two.  Leave comment if you like what you see!!!
