December fun is coming to Biggby

Have you ever joined us at the Allen Park Biggby for card or scrapbook class yet? These classes are super! Each of the classes, all of your kit is cut for you and when you leave you will leave with 2 completed cards or a full scrapbook layout.   You do need to prepay and preregister for either class. When you come you will need to bring a basic tool kit of scissors, adhesive, foam tape, glue dots, and some foam daubers.

Our next card class will be on Thursday, December 5, 2013. We meet at 6:30-8:30 pm.  Class fees are $5.00. Please sign up by December 2nd.

Our next scrapbook class will be on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Biggby 6:30-8:30 pm.  The basic layout is $10.00 and the bling kit is $17.00. If you are interested please be signed up and prepaid by Monday, December 16 for the basic kit. But if you would like the bling kit you will need to be signed up and prepaid by Monday, December 2, 2013.

November is the time to Illuminate

I can't believe it is November already! Where has this year gone?  Today I am going to share with you a little bit of art work using the new November Stamp if the Month called Illumination. This set is great for all crafters. The sayings are perfect for cards and the images are great for all projects.

The layout uses photos from convention this past summer.  I used Sarita paper and wooden shapes.

The cards are designed to up lift someone.  Again I used Sarita and a little bit of Laughing Lola.

You are my Happy...

    Today I am going to share with you a quick card using Laughing Lola paper and the new September Promotion stamp sets.  This month you can get a great triple "D" set for $10 after you spend $50. The set is fabulous!

The supplies I used are: Laughing Lola paper, black card stock, white card stock, black mini medley accents, black shimmer ribbon, art philosophy cricut cartridge, slate ink, archival black ink, and You are My Happy stamp set.

The measurements for the paper are:

Card base 4.25 x 11 fold in half
Laughing Lola b&t paper 3/4"x4 1/4" and 2 1/2" x 4 1/4"
Black card stock 2 1/4" x 3 1/4"
Daisy white 2 x 3

Poster Tidings

   Looks like we are about to start a new month of the year.  Where is this year going? The stamp of the month for September is a super fun one.  I hope you enjoy the little video I made for you using the stamp of the month.  Other products I used were Proplayer paper, slate washi tape, pewter durable studs and ink.  The measurements of the paper are: 2 Proplayer pieces at 1"x5.5" and the Ruby card stock is 3"x5.5, and the daisy white is 2.5"x5".  I hope the measurements help you out.  Let me know what you think.

Base and Bling Ring

Today I am going to share with you some of the new Base and Bling jewelry line from Close to My Heart. This collection helps you to feel creative when you get dressed by bringing that creativity to show on the outside to everyone. I will be hosting a workshop in October to make the necklace, so watch for more information to come.

I have a "Crush"
